Holding a doctorate for his contributions to affordable housing in Mumbai, he has over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector. In 2007, he founded the Qualcon Group and has since delivered more than 6,000 apartments across the MMR region. Alongside his role at Qualcon, Dr. Modi also heads the leasing division at Ashoka Buildcon, overseeing schools, hospitals, business centers, IT parks, and co-living developments. Driven by a commitment to innovation and community-focused development, he remains the primary force guiding the group’s expansion and excellence in construction.

Akshay Mehta brings a wealth of expertise to Qualcon Infrastructure’s leadership team. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master’s in Civil Engineering (Construction Management), he has honed his skills through pivotal roles at Ford Engineering in Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority as a Construction Manager. With over 12 years of experience in managing high-profile infrastructure projects and a commitment to cutting-edge construction practices, Akshay now drives the technical vision at Qualcon.

Harsh Thakker contributes a diverse background in marketing and business development to Qualcon Infrastructure’s leadership team. He holds a Diploma in Science and a BBA (Hons.) in Marketing from Pandit Deendayal Energy University. Before joining Qualcon, Harsh worked for the Balaji Group’s frozen food and potato flake division, focusing on international business development in the Gulf region. He then shifted to Qualcon Group’s industrial fuel marketing division, gaining further expertise in strategic sales and brand positioning. Today, Harsh oversees Qualcon’s overall marketing initiatives, leveraging his cross-industry experience to enhance the company’s market presence and drive sustainable growth.
